Tier 1:
Through extensive conversations and Internet communications,
we work with companies to identify training and education needs
and design personalized curriculum of services. We conduct performance,
goal, business, task, and target analyses to define appropriate
learning solutions to meet primary business objectives and improve
employee performance and success.
Tier 2:
Keypoint develops solution-based
learning modules for companies. Modules rely on a variety of technology
and teaching techniques including in-person and Web-based training.
Tier 3:
At this point, we work with the company to establish
an implementation support strategy. Keypoint provides 90-day ongoing
Internet-based correspondence and support to companies following
in-person training delivery. We monitor and provide feedback to
clients on their progress. We revisit and evaluate program success
and deliver additional learning-based solutions, as needed.
