and questioning. We develop tutorials that teach customers how to
use product features successfully within 15 to 30 minutes. After analyzing
performance tasks, we create tutorials that engage users completely
so that they perform more and more complex tasks, quickly gaining

| We scripted online interactive tutorials
for Oracle and Sybase versions of SQL. We used interactive queries
as assessment methods. Relational Courseware used our scripts as models
